Cancellations

Deposits

Late Arrivals

No-Shows

Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect future booking privileges.

Touch-Up Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss a complimentary touch-up. Touch-ups are available at our discretion and subject to scheduling.
