Cancellations
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Booking Deposit
To confirm your appointment, a $25 deposit is required, which will be deducted from your total at the time of your service. The deposit is non-refundable if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrivals
We value your time and ours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect future booking privileges.
Touch-Up Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss a complimentary touch-up. Touch-ups are available at our discretion and subject to scheduling.
Consultation Requirements
Some services, including color corrections, bridal packages, and certain skin treatments, may require a consultation before booking. This helps us understand your needs and deliver the best results.
